- Representing an Indonesian subsidiary company of one of the world largest decorative paint manufacturer in a successful discreet negotiation with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in connection with the occurrence and implementation of remediation plan for soil and groundwater contamination at the company’s production facility, and save the company from potential multi-billion USD civil claims and/or class action.
- Assisting an Indonesian mining company in a successful application to obtain an Environmental Impact Assestment (Analisis Dampak Lingkungan/AMDAL) for Coal Mining Infrastructure, such as Coal Area Concession, Crusher, Hauling Road, Over Land Conveyor, Barge Loading Conveyor, Jetty, Special Coal Terminal, and Enviromental Permit.
