- Advising a Singaporean shipping company in connection with civil claim lodged by an Indonesian Non Government Organization/NGO and Indonesian citizens, related to oil spill pollution following a vessel collision with claims value worth more than USD 92 million.
- Representing and assisting the world largest P&I Club and a leading marine services company in a successful negotiation for amicable settlement with a world leading company in project management, engineering, and construction for the energy industry, in connection with dispute arising from subcontract worth around USD 1.7 million.
- Representing an Indonesian shipping company and their P&I Club in successful negotiation for amicable settlement with one of the largest agribusiness in Indonesia, in connection with a dispute arising from jetty damage and secured an approx. 65% reduction from original claim worth more than IDR 20 billion.
- Representing the world largest P&I Club and a leading marine services company in a successful negotiation for amicable settlement with an Indonesian shipping company in connection with a dispute arising from vessels allision and secured an approx. 80% reduction from original claim worth more than IDR 11 billion.
- Representing a Malaysian shipping company and P&I Club in a successful defense against civil claim before Indonesian court lodged by one of the largest insurance company in Indonesia, in connection with dispute arising from loss of cargo worth more than IDR 6 billion.
- Assisting an Indonesian shipping company in a successful negotiation in order to release its vessel from detention by water police, in connection with dispute following a collision of vessel in Indonesian waters. Our PRO Lawyer reached an amicable settlement with local government which worth around IDR 1 billion.
- Representing a UK/Holland shipping company in a successful negotiation with the Tanjung Priok Immigration Office, in order to secure the release of its vessel and crews from detention by Indonesian authority, in connection with allegation of criminal conduct by the crews of the vessel.
- Assisting an Indonesian shipping company in a successful negotiation with local government, in order to secure an amicable settlement and the release of its vessel from detention by Indonesian authority, in connection with dispute following a collision of vessels in Indonesian waters.
- Assisting an Indonesian subsidiary company of one of the world largest shipping company in Follow-Up Examination proceedings before the Maritime Court of Indonesia, in connection with a collision of vessel in Indonesian waters.
