Our PRO Lawyer successfully convinced the Police to stop the investigation and issued an Order to Cease Investigation (Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan/SP3).
Representing and assisting one of the largest EPC company in Indonesia in filing police report against an Indonesian company owned by Japanese conglomerate group, in connection with an allegation of fraud and/or embezzlement with total damages worth around USD 7.5 million. Assisting and representing The Vice Marshal/AVM of Indonesian Air Force, also known as The Former Head of the National Search and Rescue Agency (Kepala Badan SAR Nasional/KABASARNAS), in an examination/investigation by the Indonesian Military Police and the Indonesian Military Prosecutor. Our PRO Lawyer has developed a comprehensive legal strategy in defense of the Client’s rights. This case began by the reason of the corruption allegation related to the procurement project in 2021-2023. The maximum sentence of 20 years imprisonment in the indictment, PRO Lawyer conducted an indepth analysis of the indictment and the criminal charges, drafted a memorandum of objection and memorandum of defense based on strong and observant facts and evidence, at the Jakarta High Military Court. In addition to the legal aspects, PRO Lawyer also assisted the Client in facing public pressure, related agencies and Military institutions. Through a targeted legal strategy based on facts and evidence, PRO Lawyer successfully fought for the legal rights of the Client, which the Military Court Judgement decides the sentence of imprisonmenment for 2.5 years in prison.
