We are delighted to announce the release of our latest contribution in International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG), one of the most prominent global platform providing practical insights and comparative analysis across various areas of law. The ICLG – Shipping Law covers common issues in shipping laws and regulations, including marine casualty, cargo claims, passanger claims as well as arrest and security in 30 (thirty) jurisdictions.

In particular, Pro Alliance are proud and honored to be invited as one of only two contributors for the Expert Analysis chapter, alongside BIMCO as the other contributor.

For our chapter, our team discusses salient issues related to vessel mortgage in Indonesia. We explore the legal framework, practical considerations, and common challenges surrounding vessel mortgage, offering insights that aim to assist both domestic and international stakeholders navigating this area of maritime law.
